RENTALS
* A reservation must be made for Yamaha Waverunners of 1 full day or more as per rate sheet. Hourly rentals are subject to availability on the day of rental.
* A 25% deposit at time of reservation is required (minimum $300). Must be done by credit card.
* Minimum rental age is 18, with a valid drivers license AND a Pleasure Boat Operators Card. Changes to reservations (extending or upgrading) may be made at any time subject to availability.
* H20 Rentals strives to provide the PWC requested by the client;but from time to time, uncontrollable circumstances may arise and H2O Rentals reservers the right to substitute a comparable watercraft. If no watercraft is available, a 100% refund will be granted.

Cancellations
* Refunds (less $100 cancellation fee) on cancellations up to 15 (working days) in advance of reservation date.
* Cancellations with less than 15 (working days) notice prior to the rental period are non-refundable.
* No refund is given due to weather conditions (rain, high winds etc) at the time of or during a rental
period. H20 Rentals cannot be held responsible for weather conditions or weather condition issues.
